It appears the team behind Evette’s in Lincoln Park has plans to debut a second concept next door. According to a Craigslist advertisement posted on January 3, Owner and Chef Mitchell Jamra is looking to fill positions for sandwich and deli prep, as well as a market assistant.

“Looking for a manager to assist the owner in day to day workings for a new Deli & market concept in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood next to Evette’s,” reads the ad. In addition to the Evette’s logo, the advertisement displays a logo with the lettering “All Too Well.”

Evette’s does not appear to have officially announced the neighboring addition, however a social media post from December 18th hints at the possibility of growth with a caption reading, “Thank you so so so much for everyone who attended an After Dark event this year. Look forward to these meals in 2022. Maybe with even more space 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.”

What Now Chicago reached out to Jamra but did not hear back at the time of publication, so the opening timeline for All Too Well, as well as its exact address, currently remains unclear.

Jamra and Rafa Esparza opened Evette’s in Lincoln Park in October 2020, and the new concept won’t even mark the brand’s first growth. In October 2021, Evette’s partnered with Split Milk Tavern to share its popular Lebanese-Mexican fusion dishes with Logan Square.
