As first reported last month on the website Dayton.com, local franchise group The Gilligan Company is making plans to open another Dunkin’ Donuts later this year in Miamisburg. A spokesperson for The Gilligan Company tells What Now Columbus that an address has not been released for the forthcoming donut shop, but the company is aiming for a late summer or early fall soft opening for the Miamisburg location.

The Gilligan Company is a franchisor of Dunkin’ Donuts in addition to other fast casual concepts and convenience store chains located throughout Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati. In late May, The Gilligan Company announced its plans to open a Dunkin’ Donuts at the site of a Sonic Drive-In located at 801 E Dixie Dr in West Carrollton after the drive-in eatery abruptly closed its doors over Memorial Day Weekend.

Currently, there are over 200 Dunkin’ Donuts located throughout the state of Ohio and with the recent Miamisburg and West Carrollton announcements, the company’s growth shows no signs of slowing down in the area.

Dunkin’ Donuts serves assorted coffee offerings including cold brew, espresso beverages and nitro available at some locations in addition to its donut and breakfast food menu.
