Sundaybird, a new fast-casual rotisserie chicken restaurant, is preparing to open at 15027 Madison Ave. in Lakewood, Ohio, in mid-November 2026.
According to Cleveland Magazine, the restaurant is a collaboration between Tim and Erin Frazee, the owners behind Birdietown in Lakewood, and chef Andrew Gorski of Edacious in Avon Lake.
The restaurant is taking over a 1,200-square-foot space formerly occupied by Pachamama Kitchen. The redesigned location will feature seating for approximately 20 guests and a glass-fronted rotisserie capable of cooking 48 chickens at a time.
Sundaybird’s menu will center on rotisserie chicken, available by the quarter, half, or whole bird. Planned sides include Yukon gold potatoes cooked in the chicken drippings, mac and cheese, collard greens, rice, cucumber salad, and rolls. The restaurant also plans to serve pulled chicken sandwiches, with chicken soup, mini pot pies, and bone broth among the potential additions in the future.
Beverage options will include tea, soft drinks, and self-serve beer in cans and bottles.
The Frazees previously worked with Cleveland-based design firm Shred and Co. on Birdietown and have brought the company in to create custom finishes for Sundaybird as well.
The restaurant is expected to open in November 2026, although an exact opening date has not been announced.
