New Poolside Restaurant, Aire Libre Now Open At The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas’

The open-air dining destination features new menu creations and cocktails

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas has officially opened their poolside dining concept, Aire Libre. Blending bold Texas flavors with the fresh zest of Baja’s coastal cuisine all made with locally sourced ingredients, indulge in seasonal fare, margarita flights, frozen drinks, and local craft beers while relaxing by the water.

The open-air dining destination features new menu creations such as the House-Smoked Brisket Nachos made with Dr Pepper BBQ, roasted corn, pickled jalapeno and chipotle crema; Watermelon Wedge with ricotta, agave lime, Tajin, and fresh mint; Backyard Short Rib Tacos with short rib birria, masienda corn tortillas, salsa, cilantro, onion, plus a side of chips and guacamole; wood-fired mains such as the Aire Libre Burrito, built atop a chipotle flour tortilla, house-smoked pulled pork, charred pineapple salsa, lime crema, pinto beans, crispy potato and crisp lettuce, and the Las Colinas Burger featuring Angus smashed beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, onion, tomato, red leaf lettuce, new school American cheese and BBQ sauce, with the option of adding up to four total patties.

Guest can sip cocktails under the Texas sun like the Aire Tropicale featuring Hendrick’s gin, banana liqueur, pineapple, guava puree, lime; Packin’ Heat with Patron silver tequila, Del Maguey Vida mezcal, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, grilled pineapple, lime, agave, habanero bitters, Tajin rim or beat the heat with frozen options including Frozé, made with Argyle brut rosé, Aperol, prickly pear, passionfruit and lemon, or the Frozen Tommy’s Margarita, with Don Julio blanco tequila, lime and agave. A selection of wines are also available by the glass, in addition to seltzers, canned and draft beers, as well as buckets of domestic or imported beers. The non-alcoholic offering is the Lavanda, featuring Lyre’s Dry London spirit, lavender, honey, lemon, pineapple and coconut water.

The everyday eatery is open daily from 11am – 10pm and is open to the public. Reservations can be made via OpenTable HERE. Access to the pool, Luxury Daybeds and Cabanas are available for resort guests or via ResortPass.
