A fun and mischievous pizza chain is blazing up a new DFW location. Stoner’s Pizza Joint has filed papers to open a storefront in Plano.

The pizzeria is setting up its ovens at 2830 W 15th Street. Stoner’s Pizza Joint has paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, providing a bit of insight into the brand’s next DFW location.

The chain will be occupying a renovated 1,176 square foot storefront. Dates featured on TDLR forms are estimates and subject to change, however they can offer a general timeline for a concept’s development. With that in mind, work is set to begin on Stoner’s Pizza Joint’s Plano home this summer, June 1 to be precise. Work is projected to wrap by August 1, suggesting hot slices might be available this summer.

Stoner’s Pizza Joint was founded in Georgia in 2013. Despite its tongue-in-cheek name, the concept is committed to crafting superior pies. The website explains: “All of our food is prepared when ordered with only the freshest ingredients. Our pizza dough is made daily & we use the freshest vegetables & spices in all of our food. We know you’ll taste the difference!”
