A popular sushi restaurant chain that has been expanding in and around the DFW area will open a Hurst location next.
Per lease intel, Sushi Go is coming to W Harwood Rd and will occupy suite 165, a 1,659-square-foot space. The location is a part of the Woods Crossing shopping mall. An exact opening date has not been announced, but the brand’s representative said it will open “hopefully within the next month.”
Serving Japanese and Korean cuisines, Sushi Go serves a variety of rolls such as cucumber, avocado, crab, shrimp, tuna, salmon and eel. They can be fresh, baked or fried.
Specialty sushi plates include “Rainbow” – a Cali roll topped with salmon, tuna, snapper, avocado and shrimp; and the fiery “Cry Baby” made with spicy tuna and jalapeno and topped with fresh tuna and spicy sauce.
Appetizers include edamame, seaweed salad, tuna tataki, and lettuce wraps stuffed with rice, spicy tuna and spicy crab. Soups and salads are also on the menu. Some locations offer poke bowls and sushi and sashimi combos.
Sushi Go has locations throughout North Texas including in Allen, Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Rowlett. They offer online ordering for carryout or delivery.
