3 Margaritas is preparing to open a new location at the newly rebranded Avenues at Northfield shopping center in Denver.
The restaurant will be located at the shopping center at 8298 E. Northfield Blvd. According to the Denver Post, 3 Margaritas will join Bubba’s 33 as tenants for the redeveloped property.
Founded in 1999, 3 Margaritas has grown into one of Colorado’s best-known Mexican restaurant chains, serving traditional Mexican dishes, margaritas and family-friendly dining across multiple locations.
The new additions are part of a multimillion-dollar transformation of the retail center, formerly known as The Shops at Northfield. Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners acquired the property in 2022 and has since unveiled plans to revitalize the center through new investment, updated amenities and a long-term growth strategy.
At 3 Margaritas customers can expect a menu of traditional Mexican favorites, including fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, combination platters and the restaurant’s signature margaritas. The chain is known for its casual, family-friendly dining experience.
