The golden arches are being erected in another part of Colorado Springs. Development plans were recently submitted to the city for a McDonald’s at 1103 N. Circle Dr.

Details within the plans show that the brand is requesting to construct a 4,268-square-foot McDonald’s with dual drive-thru lanes. Currently the address is occupied by an escape room concept and a Metro by T-Mobil store. It’s unclear if the restaurant will be taking their place or built alongside them.

The area where the QSR chain will be is a very can truly located spot in Colorado Springs. It’s near the Citadel Mall and about three miles away from the popular downtown region.

  • Glad to hear that area is cleaning up it’s act. It was getting run down and trashy, now is looking better.
