Reckless Noodle House in Denver is closing permanently after four years in business. The community-favorite Pan-Asian restaurant confirmed its shutdown with an official announcement. The restaurant is known for its flavorful Vietnamese dishes.
Reckless Noodle House in Denver to Shut Down
Reckless Noodle House began its journey in Denver in 2022. The restaurant steadily gained popularity with its bold and innovative Asian flavors.
Along with its inventive menu, the restaurant serves a comfortable, upscale, and lively dining experience. Recommended items on the menu include Beef Cheek Noodles, Reckless Fried Rice, and Papaya Salad.
Through their official website, the restaurant shared, “After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close our restaurant and bar in Denver.”
The team thanked the community for its support and said, “What we built together went far beyond a business—it was a place of connection, celebration, and belonging.”
According to a Westword report, co-owners Bryce Sweeney and Mario Eckert brought the Reckless Noodles concept from Seattle. The first location of Reckless Noodle House began its journey in 2018.
In the announcement, the team noted, “While this chapter in Denver is coming to an end, we will always cherish the moments that made it so special.”
Even though the Denver location is closing, the Seattle location will continue its operations.
A Look at the Journey of a Top Pan-Asian Restaurant
Inspired by their travels in Southeast Asia, Sweeney and Eckert started the Pan-Asian restaurant concept in Seattle and then expanded to Denver.
Chef Kenny Lee, who previously worked at Din Tai Fung and other well-known Pacific Northwest kitchens, leads the Denver location’s kitchen.
During its short run, Reckless Noodles has received several recognitions, including Best West Coast Transplant in Westword’s Best of Denver 2024. The restaurant was also awarded Best Shrimp in 2023, as per the Westword report.
“To our team, past and present, thank you for your passion, hard work, and heart. To our guests: Thank you for choosing us for your place to enjoy happy hour, date nights, and celebrations, and for your continued support over the last three years,” added the restaurant in its closure note.

The restaurant has not shared any official reason or specific date for closure. With its closure, Denver diners lose a popular spot known for bold Pan-Asian flavors.
