A unique new concept is coming to RiNo: a property that’s a hydroponic farm, market, and eatery all in one. Farm & Market is coming soon to 2401 Larimer St., recent posts from the company show.

A hiring ad was placed recently by the business, which states it is looking for “salad assassins” to prep foods at the establishment. The orientation and training phases will be starting in early September.

The company describes itself as “obsessed with small-impact, big-flavor farming”, and will have over 50 plant species on site, grown with wind power, minimal water, and no chemicals. Its restaurant will be health-focused, with simple dishes served in a dedicated nook of the property.

Farm & Market provides great benefits and work/life balance for employees. Full-time workers have four 10-hour shifts with three days off every week, and they receive health insurance, PTO, and sick days. With operating hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., no late nights or early mornings are required.
