Kava Works is expanding its Colorado Springs presence with a new neighborhood lounge planned for the northwestern part of the city.
According to the company’s website, the next Kava Works lounge is taking shape at 5687 Barnes Road, Suite 200, in Colorado Springs. The location is currently listed as an upcoming neighborhood lounge, though an opening date has not yet been announced.
Kava Works centers its concept around kava, a traditional beverage made from the root of the kava plant. It offers kava drinks alongside other botanical and non-alcoholic options, creating a setting designed for people to relax and socialize.
The lounges are built around a more laid-back alternative to traditional bars, with kava serving as the centerpiece. The company describes its spaces as places where guests can gather, unwind and connect without the typical bar atmosphere.
In addition to its signature kava drinks, Kava Works offers a selection of beverages and products geared toward the lounge experience. Its menu includes different kava preparations and flavored options, as well as other botanical beverages.
The company currently operates multiple lounges in the area, giving the brand an established presence in the local community.
