Birdcall is an innovative fast-casual restaurant chain known for its all-natural chicken sandwiches, tenders, and salads. The Colorado-based brand is set to open a new location at 855 N. Wyandot Street, according to city records.

Data shows that the company is working on sign permits for a property at that listed address. It is a 7,712-square-foot industrial building that used to house an art collective called Pattern, and the permit values the work that needs to be done at approximately $150,000.

The location is strategically situated directly off I-25 and 8th Avenue, allowing for easy access in a promising area for development. It’ll join the handful of other metro area stores, in addition to the Arizona and Texas units the brand has.

Since its founding in 2016, Birdcall has captured the hearts of QSR patrons who want a hearty lunch or dinner. Its signature offerings include the Original Chicken Sandwich, crispy hand-breaded chicken tenders, and fresh salads, made with cage-free chicken raised without hormones or antibiotics.
