Bonefish Grill is preparing for a significant remodel at its location in Westminster, construction records show. The company’s restaurant at 10438 Town Center Drive is due to undergo some interior changes.

Renovations will cover the 3,747-square-foot restaurant space, according to documents. It’s estimated that the construction project valuation is approximately $250,000. Information on a timeline is not available.

The scope of the remodel will involve finishes, countertops, the ceiling, electrical systems, restrooms, lighting, and flooring, records state. It is unclear if the eatery will close while work is being done or still be open for business.
