South Korean salad chain Salady is expanding its Colorado footprint with a new restaurant planned for Parker.

The restaurant is coming to 9700 S. Parker Road, Suite 700, at Parker Gateway Marketplace according to DougCo Social.

Salady is one of South Korea’s largest salad franchises, with more than 300 locations. The fast-casual concept has been growing its presence in the US, offering a menu built around salads, warm grain bowls, wraps and other customizable options.

Customers can choose from menu items featuring a range of proteins, vegetables and toppings, with options designed to go beyond the traditional idea of a salad-focused restaurant.

The Parker restaurant will be part of Salady’s ongoing expansion in Colorado, as the Korean-born brand continues to introduce its concept to more US markets.
