New York City’s Soda Club is bringing its handmade pasta and natural wine concept to Denver, with plans to open its second location in September.
Soda Club confirmed the new location on its website. The restaurant will open inside The Ramble Hotel at 1280 25th Street, taking over the former Super Mega Bien space, which closed earlier this year.
Soda Club’s original restaurant is located in New York’s East Village, where it has earned Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition four times. The concept is known for its fresh handmade pasta, natural wine program and intimate atmosphere.
The menu is led by Executive Chef Amira Gharib, who helped launch the original Soda Club in New York City. Denver diners can expect fresh handmade pasta, Roman-style pinsa made with long-fermented dough and a selection of ingredient-driven dishes.
The food will be complemented by a natural wine program highlighting a variety of producers and bottles, along with inventive cocktails inspired by Italian classics.
According to Westword, for its Denver debut, Soda Club will also welcome local chef Jon Robbins as chef de cuisine. Robbins previously owned Bistro Barbes, a French restaurant that closed after nearly a decade in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood.
Beyond dining, Soda Club is also known for hosting pasta-making classes at its New York location, offering guests an opportunity to learn the craft behind one of the restaurant’s signature offerings.
