A vibrant addition to the local culinary scene is on its way: the new Pure Green. The establishment, taking over the 460 S College Ave Unit K shell, specializes in options that support health and wellness.

Permits filed with the city show the business is looking to do about $230,000 of work at the space. The property was previously and office and needs construction to transition into a food establishment.

Franchisee Leigh Hall told What Now Denver that the estimated opening date range is tentatively set for July/August. Her store is one of over 100 units that Pure Green has grown to in the last 10 years.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my passion for promoting well-being through Pure Green,” Hall said. “What we consume plays a crucial role in our well-being, and I wanted to create a space where everyone can enjoy delicious, nutrient-packed options that support a healthy lifestyle. I’m excited to be part of a community that values well-being, and I look forward to helping the Fort Collins community on their journey to a healthier and happier life.”
