Snarf’s Sandwiches is expanding its Denver footprint with a new location planned for the Montbello area.
The restaurant will open at 4504 N. Peoria Street, according to a city filing. Chief Operating Officer Wayne Humphrey confirmed to WhatNow Media Group that the new location is expected to open on August 17.
The Montbello location will mark another step in the company’s continued growth across Colorado, expanding access to Snarf’s Sandwiches for customers in northeast Denver.
Jimmy Seidel opened the first Snarf’s Sandwiches in Boulder in 1996, naming the restaurant after his college nickname, ‘Snarf’. Nearly three decades later, the family-owned business has grown to almost 60 locations across Colorado, Missouri and Texas.
Customers can expect a menu of made-to-order sandwiches, salads, soups and vegetarian options, with bread available in white, wheat and gluten-free varieties. The restaurant also offers catering services. Popular menu items include The Italian, Prime Rib, French Dip and NY Steak sandwiches. The restaurant also offers kid-sized subs.
