The new restaurant will be a destination for those looking for a bite to eat after a round of golf.
Niveen’s Steakhouse is the latest concept for Dearborn Heights at 26116 W Warren Avenue. This will feature outdoor seating and is described as a Miami-type restaurant also serving brunch. An opening date is set to be announced soon.
“Born from the spirit of revival and refinement, Niveen’s Steakhouse is a modern interpretation of the classic American steakhouse,” says the description on their website. It is being opened by local Wesam Issa, who also owns Warren Valley Golf Course.
The menu is not yet being disclosed, but high-end steaks and other entrees are to be expected. Chefs will be serving USDA prime beef, alongside sides like greens. Breakfast dishes and alcoholic beverages will also be served.
The site is on the north side of W Warren Avenue, close to The Valley Coffee Shop. This area of Dearborn Heights is mostly residential, with the other nearest restaurant being BiBeirut on Beach Daly. It is on the west side of Dearborn Heights, at the corner of Berwyn Street.
