A new dining concept is in the works for Bay City.
It is revealed a new concept called The House is coming to 8 State Park Drive in the city up north. This comes from restaurateur Vince Stuart, and will be a kitchen with hand-crafted cocktails. An opening date has not been revealed as the project is under construction.
“We’re thrilled to announce that our new cocktail lounge and restaurant is currently under construction! Our team has been working tirelessly to create a vibrant space that will be a fantastic attraction for our community,” says a recent post on The House Facebook page.
Stuart is also the owner of Stock Pot Diner and Catering at 1007 Washington Avenue. He is an experienced restaurateur with over 30 years in the industry. At Stock Pot, he serves sandwiches, burgers, breakfast items and salads. He has not revealed the menu for The House yet, but those visiting can expect upscale cuisine.
The new restaurant is coming to the northeast corner of Wilder Road and State Park Drive, This is close to a Shell gas station, and across from Burger 81 restaurant. Downtown Bay City is about a 10 minute drive south of The House.
As it is early in the construction process, the team will be updating the community on the opening date on their Facebook page.
