Graze Craze opened a new shop in Pearland on June 8, expanding the brand’s presence in the Houston area. The opening comes ahead of the busy summer entertaining season. Customers can choose from a variety of charcuterie boards, picnic boxes, and catering options.

Pearland Welcomes a New Graze Craze Shop

Graze Craze is a fast-growing charcuterie chain that offers grazing-style dining. The brand has opened a new shop at 1901 Kirby Drive, Suite 102, in Shadow Creek Center. Graze Craze is known for providing a catering alternative to traditional dining.

The menu includes handcrafted charcuterie boards and picnic boxes for corporate events, gifting, holidays, and everyday occasions. The Pearland location offers both made-to-order and grab-and-go selections. The brand makes it easy for customers to access elevated food offerings without compromising quality.

Graze Craze’s trained “Grazologists” create the brand’s signature charcuterie arrangements. They ensure that the ingredients used are top-quality and perfectly matched to create appealing spreads with the perfect texture and presentation.

Owned and Operated by Two Sisters

The 1,440-square-foot Pearland location is owned by sisters Marisol de la Fuente and Marlen Gonzalez. The sisters bring experience in customer service, operations, and small-business management. The sisters will also conduct charcuterie workshops and wine-pairing events.

“We’re proud to bring this concept to Pearland, a lively, growing community that appreciates unique experiences and great food, and we’re excited about the chance to help people celebrate, connect, and indulge,” said de la Fuente.

De la Fuente and Gonzalez built their business experience with an emphasis on establishing good customer relationships and providing excellent service. Their experience spans operations, communications, and team management.

The sisters are involved in community service. Since overcoming breast cancer in 2024, de la Fuente has become an advocate for fellow survivors. Together, they plan to collaborate with local nonprofits focused on cancer support, disability advocacy, food drives, and other charitable initiatives across the Pearland area.

The menu features Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, house-made dips, crackers, and sweet treats. Graze Craze Pearland offers a collection of well-thought-out charcuterie boards and boxes that appeal to many different tastes and events.

The brand’s signature arrangement is Gone Grazey, a combination of premium cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, crackers, and sweets.

For customers seeking meat-free options, the Vegegrazian board includes seasonal fruits, vegetables, and house-made dips.

The Sweet & Grazey board features chocolate, cookies, fresh fruit, and dessert dips. Variety in menu options enables customers to tailor their grazing experience, whether it’s a small event or a big one.

Boards and picnic boxes are available in multiple sizes. From gluten-free selections to office catering, the Pearland location aims to make gatherings convenient.
