The new store will undergo a sweeping $300,000 renovation, expected to breathe new life into the 1,432 square foot space. The permit shows a complete interior remodel, integrating both mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to ensure a state-of-the-art customer experience and to create a welcoming space.

While details on the specific offerings are sparse, patrons can expect the signature assortment of doughnuts, kolaches, and beverages that Shipley Do-Nuts is famed for. The addition of this franchise in Channelview is not just about expanding the brand’s footprint but also about embedding it into the local fabric.

The renovation is slated to begin in June 2024 and aims for completion by August 2024.
