Sip Coffee is set to make its Greater Houston debut. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, the new coffee concept is expected to open within the Market at Katy Park, Building C, at 24810 Morton Ranch Rd., Ste. 400.
The permit for the new Sip Coffee Tea opening further details that construction started in mid-June and is slated to wrap up in October. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated $137,000 construction project, the 1,916-square-foot Sip Coffee shop should open by this fall.
What Now Houston reached out to owner Emma Son Tran, who was listed on the permit. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Take a SIP and Start something,” the Sip Coffee Tea website reads.
“We serve the finest freshly ground beans from all over the world.”
Beyond this and the address, that’s all that’s listed on the website. There are a number of Sip Coffee concepts in the Greater Houston region, including a boutique mobile and pop-up coffee concept. The brand describes itself with the motto “Born in the Heights, brewed for Houston.” But there’s no word yet on whether the two are indeed connected.
