“We fry & grill different,” says an image posted on Instagram by Crackin Blue Crabs, an upcoming new food truck that promises “All Flavor No Flex.”
What Now learned of the planned food truck after coming across plan review paperwork submitted by Crackin Blue Crabs LLC. Crackin Blue Crabs has been active on its social media since last year.
What Now reached out on Friday to co-owner Latasha Armstrong to ask about plans for the launch. Armstrong was not immediately available for comment. This leaves us guessing for the moment about the food truck’s opening timeline.
“What’s the date?” asked a comment on the posted image.
“Coming soon,” came Crackin Blue Crabs’s mysterious answer.
