Go Greek Yogurt is coming to Downtown Jacksonville, with a new location planned for Vandeveer at Pearl Square.

The 1,141-square-foot shop will be part of the ground-floor retail lineup at Vandeveer, the first mixed-use residential building within the Pearl Square development.

Go Greek Yogurt is a Mediterranean lifestyle brand inspired by Greek traditions, with a menu centered on authentic Greek yogurt and Greek Bowls. The concept focuses on fresh, nutritious options and a more mindful approach to eating.

The Jacksonville location will be the brand’s third in Florida and first in Northeast Florida. Go Greek Yogurt currently has more than 25 locations across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Vandeveer is expected to welcome residents in late summer 2026, with its retail spaces opening onto pedestrian-oriented streets and public green spaces surrounding the historic Thomas V. Porter Mansion.

The new Go Greek Yogurt will be part of Pearl Square, a $1 billion mixed-use development spanning nine city blocks in Downtown Jacksonville’s Urban Core. The project is expected to include more than 1,250 residential units, office space, a boutique hotel and more than 200,000 square feet of retail and dining.
