Ellianos Coffee, one of Florida’s home-grown coffee franchises, is growing fast in Northeast Florida. According to coverage by the Jacksonville Daily Record, the brand currently has 10 coffee shops in operation in the area, with another three coming soon, and another five currently under review.

The Daily Record coverage highlights another location that has recently come into the picture: a new Ellianos from The Harvest Venture Group, Inc., which would open at 8700 Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville.

“What began as one family’s dream has grown into a lasting legacy,” says the Ellianos website. “A company built on faith, family, and excellence, committed to making your day a little brighter, one cup at a time.”

The brand was created by Scott and Pam Stewart, together with their son Rob and daughter-in-law Ellie, opening the doors to their first location in 2002, in Lake City. Franchise-driven growth in recent years has brought the Ellianos network to more than 70 locations, and, if Northeast Florida is anything to go by, that growth is continuing at breakneck speed.

As What Now Tampa reported in January, growth is also happening fast in the Tampa Bay market.

“Ellianos Coffee serves up premium handcrafted espresso drinks, signature creations, refreshing energy beverages, and fresh breakfast favorites, all designed for life on the go and made with care in every cup,” one Ellianos franchisee said in the What Now Tampa coverage, indicating that the total number of new Ellianos stores currently in development is more than 180.

Open in the Beach Boulevard location, Ellianos would join a restaurant community that includes Biggby Coffee, Jax Hot Chicken, and Whataburger.
