What Now reported back in December on plans for a new SoFresh location to open in St. Augustine, at 1985 Silverleaf Parkway. It’s to be the third location in the area for SoFresh, a growing healthy food franchise with locations in Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Its two current locations in Northeast Florida are located in Durbin Park and Ortega Park.
Now, a fourth location is in the works, this time in Nocatee. According to coverage by the Jacksonville Daily Record, a work permit was issued on April 9 for a new SoFresh, to open at 75 Irondale Road, Suite 105.
“We’re building the premier healthy restaurant brand by delivering high-quality food to local communities with fast, friendly service,” says the SoFresh website. “We define SoFresh as a feeling, experience, and brand rooted in freshness, health, and energy. It represents food that is freshly prepared, real, and made to fuel a vibrant lifestyle. SoFresh is associated with clean ingredients, fast service, and a modern, wholesome approach to eating.”
In addition to its signature Warm Bowls, which come in varieties like the Cali (red quinoa w/ lemon, extra crisp romaine, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, sweet citrus mustard), SoFresh also serves up Wraps & Quesadillas like the Asian Fusion Wrap (extra crisp romaine, broccoli, carrots, onions, green peppers, teriyaki sauce in a multi-grain wrap) and the Hummus Veggie Quesadilla (feta cheese, black beans, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, hummus, tzatziki, multi-grain tortilla).
Opening in the Irondale Road location, SoFresh will join the Marketplace at Nocatee, a retail center anchored by a Publix Super Market.
