A new sandwich shop is planned for Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood, where Zees Subs is preparing to build out a storefront on King Street.
Zees Subs is planned for 913 King Street, according to a recent Jacksonville building permit. The permit, issued in September lists AEC Integrated LLC as the contractor for the project. The development was reported in the Jacksonville Daily Record.
The upcoming shop will join the stretch of King Street running through Riverside, an area known for its mix of restaurants, bars, cafés and neighborhood businesses.
At this point, details about the menu and planned opening date have not been publicly announced through a business website or other business-owned source.
The project is currently moving forward through the build-out process, giving Zees Subs a physical presence to look forward to in the Riverside neighborhood. An opening date has not yet been announced.
