As the much-anticipated Village at Seven Pines moves forward with construction in anticipation of a 2027 opening, more upcoming tenants have been coming to light. What Now has already reported on planned openings for resrtaurants like 1928 Cuban Bistro and Ember & Iron, and there are lots more to come!

Among the new tenants is ToyTopia, the Nocatee-born educational toy store with a total of four stores, including two in St. Augustine and another in Jacksonville Beach. ToyTopia will open its fifth toy shop in the Village at Seven Pines.

“Locally Owned, Locally Loved,” reads a description on the toy shop’s website. “Alexandre and Christina Pariente, along with their four children: Ocean, Wild, Disco, and Love, are the passionate family behind ToyTopia. Over four decades ago, Alexandre’s grandparents created Safari Ltd., the parent company of ToyTopia, from a dream and a deck of Rumi cards. We’re thrilled to build upon their legacy and extend the mission of sparking joy in children.”

Brands with toys on offer at ToyTopia include Blue Orange Games (Blue Orange helps families unplug and bond over competitive fun. There’s a little something for everyone in this collection!), DJECO (The family owned DJECO is committed to creativity and passion. Their offerings range from sticker books to musical instruments!), and, of course, Safari Ltd (ToyTopia’s parent company, Safari Ltd, brings the beauty of the world right into your kiddo’s hand with lifelike animal figurines!).

“We’ve poured our hearts into ToyTopia,” the site continues. “As fresh faces in the community, we felt the call to create a much-needed local toy store, a cozy haven where families gather, play, and discover quality toys. Bursting with excitement, we’re thrilled to embark on this journey and welcome families to our educational and fun neighborhood hangout.”

Next year, another of ToyTopia’s educational toy shops will be turning into the Village at Seven Pine’s fun neighborhood hangout!
