Nacho Daddy is opening a new location just before the Independence Day holiday weekend. The new location will bring the brand’s signature menu to AREA15. The opening will make Nacho Daddy the only Las Vegas-founded restaurant operating inside AREA15.
Nacho Daddy Opens New AREA15 Location
Nacho Daddy, a Las Vegas-based restaurant chain, is opening on Friday, July 3. The new restaurant is located at 3040 Rigel Avenue, Suite 120, in AREA15 (Zone 2). The restaurant is the company’s fourth location in Southern Nevada and sixth overall.
Nacho Daddy is known for its gourmet nachos and award-winning margaritas. The nearly 5,000-square-foot restaurant seats more than 200 guests. It features a full bar, a large patio, colorful murals, high ceilings, and artwork inspired by AREA15.
“As a concept that was born right here in Las Vegas, opening another location in our hometown is always meaningful,” said Fred Mossler, co-founder of Nacho Daddy. “AREA15 has become one of the city’s most unique destinations, and we’re excited to introduce Nacho Daddy to guests from around the world while continuing to grow a brand that started here in our own backyard.”
The restaurant’s summer hours are 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursdays and 4 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It is open from noon to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Nacho Daddy in AREA15 is closed Monday through Wednesday during the summer.

Nachos, Margaritas, and a “Never a Dry Chip” Menu
The new AREA15 location serves Nacho Daddy’s full menu. The menu features gourmet nachos, Mexican-inspired dishes, and specialty cocktails.
Guided by its “never a dry chip” philosophy, Nacho Daddy layers toppings across every tortilla chip. The restaurant prepares its tortilla chips and tortillas fresh in-house. The restaurant uses generous portions of ingredients and layers toppings carefully.
The menu offers signature nachos, including Supreme Tostada Nachos, Filet Mignon Nachos, Thai Chicken Nachos, and Brisket Burnt Ends Nachos. Other options include tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tableside-flamed fajitas, and shareable appetizers. Plant-based offerings include vegan nachos, loaded nachos, queso dip, and other Mexican-inspired dishes.
Nacho Daddy’s beverage menu features award-winning margaritas, beer, wine, cocktails, and the signature Scorpion Shot. The margaritas available include Daddy’s Original Margarita, Spicy Cucumber Margarita, and Hibiscus Passion Margarita.
