Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar, an elegant champagne bar, located steps away from the poker room inside Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort, has officially opened. The vibrant lounge offers an upscale experience, combining the sophistication of premium bottle service and handcrafted cocktails with the cozy charm of a private den.
The 1,500-square foot intimate venue accommodates up to 72 guests and features an extensive selection of fine champagnes, world-class bottle service and indulgent specialty cocktails such as the Garden Party Spritz, a refreshing combination of Pinot Gris, vodka, creme de fleur, peach, peach and fresh lemon juice, and the Sweet Redemption, a bold blend of mezcal, rosé vermouth and amaro.
Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar offers a diverse menu of premium spirits, including whisky, scotch, tequila, rum, gin, and vodka. For a truly luxurious experience, guests can savor Louis XIII cognac, available in half-ounce pours starting at $125.
To complement the drink offerings, guests can indulge in gourmet tapas such as caviar blinis, chicken skewers and charcuterie.
The bar’s interior showcases black-and-gold Art Deco-inspired décor, with plush velvet seating and sleek modern finishes. At its center is a striking wrap-around counter bar that encircles a towering cherry blossom tree, creating an atmosphere of serene opulence.
For special occasions, Liam’s offers customizable packages, including full venue buy-outs and pre-fixed menus for events like high tea. The lounge also plans to introduce live music on weekends, enhancing its appeal as a must-visit destination for luxury and entertainment.
Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar is open daily from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m., with happy hour specials available Monday through Friday from 3 until 6 p.m., featuring $5 off select champagne, rosé and signature cocktails.
