Southern Las Vegas looks to be getting a new Starbucks location!

Permit paperwork was submitted recently for a Starbucks at 10508 S Las Vegas Blvd. The paperwork describes an interior tenant improvement of an existing shell. The contract valuation for the work is listed at $240,000.

Found all over the world with more than 32,000 stores in 80 countries, Starbucks has conquered the world of coffee. It offers a selection of espresso drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites and the like, plus drip coffee and cold brew. There are teas and fruit teas, mochas and Frappuccinos, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches, and more, including a selection of pastries and other cafe-appropriate desserts and light eats.

The building in question is situated on the southeastern corner of the intersection between Las Vegas Boulevard South and West Cactus Avenue, near an outpost of popular tavern chain PT’s Gold.

What Now was unable to reach a representative of Starbucks for immediate comment on plans for the new location this week.
