Located at 3900 Paradise Road, The Collective Shopping Mall appears to be the future home of a new restaurant project from the team that brought Las Vegas EDO Tapas & Wine and Anima by EDO. Building permit paperwork was submitted to Clark County showing a new project from the EDO team opening at the Collective’s address.
What Now contacted a representative of the restaurant on Thursday to inquire about plans for a new restaurant. The representative declined to speak on the subject.
It is not yet known whether the restaurant is a new EDO location or, in the style of Anima by EDO, another new concept spinning off from the EDO brand, which is helmed by Chef Oscar Amador Edo.
Opening in the Collective, the new restaurant would join restaurants ranging from national fast casual chains like Domino’s Pizza and Jersey Mike’s Subs to sitdown spots like Marrakech Mediterranean Restaurant and Musashi Japanese Steakhouse.
