4Ever Young is embarking on an expansion into the Nevada market. According to a recent press release, the brand has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with a local longtime retail and beauty executive.

“Behind the new locations is longtime retail and beauty executive Sun Rouen, who brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across major national brands including Ulta Beauty, Starbucks, and Louis Vuitton,” the press release reads.

“Throughout her career, Rouen led large-scale retail operations and customer experience teams, including overseeing 17 Ulta Beauty locations and managing one of Louis Vuitton’s largest retail teams globally.”

What Now Las Vegas spoke with Rouen about the exciting new development. Rouen shared that she plans to debut the brand in Summerlin across from LVAC sometime this year and will open a second location in Henderson within the next two years.

“I just really want to create that long-term relationship with our new and future patients and clients, and create a well-known name and become a place that you can really trust and you can go get everything you need to be done,” Rouen said in the interview.

“Having multiple locations is really rough, and I really want to start and build a relationship and really be a master in what I’m doing before opening the second location.”

Rouen would know, after a long career in retail. After stepping away from corporate retail leadership in 2025, Rouen began exploring business ownership opportunities that aligned more closely with her long-standing interest in beauty, wellness, and proactive aging, and felt 4Ever Young was the perfect brand for just that and for the Las Vegas market.

“Las Vegas is an incredibly strong fit for 4Ever Young because consumers here are highly engaged in aesthetics, wellness, and self-care, but there are very few concepts offering this level of comprehensive, long-term wellness support in one place,” Rouen said in the press release.

“What stood out to me was the ability to combine beauty, wellness, longevity, and preventative health into a more personalized experience that goes far beyond traditional med spa services.”

Founded in Boca Raton, Florida, in 2014 by Carlton Washington and Deniz Duygulu, and franchising since 2019, 4Ever Young is a leading anti-aging and wellness franchise redefining the traditional med spa model. More than a med spa, the brand combines advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services to deliver personalized solutions that help clients look, feel, and perform at their best.

There are now more than 75 4Ever Young locations in operation across the United States, with more than a hundred additional franchise units currently in development.

“I’m very proud that I’m the first one to open in the region,” Rouen said.

“Hopefully, maybe, who knows, I can open multiple more here because I think this is a really good place, and I think the people who live in Vegas will be happy that there is a med spa that they can go to for everything.”

4EverYoung is anticipated to debut in Summerlin later this year.
