It also offers beers by Tecate, Budweiser, Miller, and Corona.

However, the LA-based bar was asked to stop operations on May 6 due to violations of regulations by the County of Los Angeles Public Health. Food inspectors particularly highlighted the issue of vermin infestation at La Copa de Oro.

Inspection Findings at La Copa de Oro

Inspectors of the County of Los Angeles Public Health listed many food code violations at the LA-based bar facility. They first shed light on improper warewashing facilities at La Copa de Oro. Food inspectors added that the floors and ceilings were not in good repair at the LA bar.

The County of Los Angeles Public Health then pointed out missing supplies at the handwash sink. Hot water was not available at the bar facility. Additionally, they stated that food contact surfaces were dirty at La Copa de Oro.

Representatives of the LA-based bar establishment were then questioned regarding the missing food safety certification during the inspection. Food items and equipment were also not sanitized properly at La Copa de Oro.

Food inspectors emphasized the issues of adulterated food/drinks at the LA-based bar facility. Inspectors found evidence of rodents.

La Copa de Oro will have to take corrective measures based on the violations pointed out by the County of Los Angeles Public Health, which might return with a follow-up inspection.
