11905 Wilshire Project Breaks Ground
The groundbreaking for the 11905 Wilshire project took place on Tuesday. The seven-story mixed-use development is located at 11905 Wilshire Boulevard. Radha Group owns the project, with Willow Street Capital serving as the development partner.
According to a Business Wire report, Build Group has been selected to construct the project. They will serve as the general contractor, working with the ownership, development, and design teams on the project. Cumming Group is providing project management support.
Srinivasan Radhakrishnan of Radha Group said the company is committed to making a long-term investment in the communities it serves. It aims to create lasting value through its projects.
Naomi Mirsky of Willow Street Capital said the team wants to create an attractive development that fits into the neighborhood. It also aims to make a positive contribution to the community.
