New American Southern restaurant Joyce will open this summer at 770 S Grand Avenue in the groundfloor retail segment of the Eighth and Grand Apartments building, according to Owner & Managing Partner Prince Riley and a recently-filed ABC application by Olivia Soul & Sea, LLC.

Per a job ad seeking a general manager for Joyce, the eatery is an upscale, chef-driven restaurant focused on a combination of sustainable seafood and southern roots curated by the team’s Bib Gourmand-awarded chef. Riley, himself, previously served as director and general manager for Old Crow Smokehouse.

The Eighth and Grand mid-rise, high-luxury apartments are home to Whole Foods, a lobby with a resident cafe, a social clubhouse, a calming zen garden, a private screening room, and much more.

Additional information from the Joyce PR team is forthcoming. Stay tuned!
