Cache 58, an upcoming fine Mexican restaurant led by Chef Ruben Barragan, is preparing to open at Westfield Topanga at 6600 Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Los Angeles.
WhatsNewSFV announced the new restaurant, saying Cache 58 will bring fine Mexican cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and a new dining concept to the Valley. Barragan is known for Ay Mi Pa and Fuego Sushi & Hibachi in Riverside. Barragan has not announced an exact opening date.
Cache 58 is one of two upcoming locations listed on the restaurant’s Instagram, with another location planned for Victoria Gardens, previously reported by What Now. The Westfield Topanga location will mark another project for Barragan, who is also the founder of Fire Up Grill and Mr. Taco.
The restaurant’s menu is expected to focus on fine Mexican cuisine, with handcrafted cocktails also part of the concept. Additional menu details have not yet been announced, so it is not yet clear which specific dishes will be available at the Westfield Topanga location.
Cache58 will add another Mexican dining option to Westfield Topanga, and its upcoming opening will give Valley customers another concept from Barragan. The restaurant’s Instagram currently lists both Westfield Topanga and Victoria Gardens as coming soon.
