Dryvebox, a growing golf simulator company known for its mobile and fixed-location experiences, is preparing to open a new facility at 852 W. Lancaster Boulevard in Lancaster.

The company submitted an application earlier this year for a Type 40 liquor license, which would permit it to serve beer on-site, according to the application. Co-owner Alvaro Murrieta says the opening is pending a final walkthrough with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and is currently targeted for late August or early September. Murrieta co-owns this location with Rebecca Correa.

The indoor golf lounge will feature a casual food and beverage program, according to the company’s website. In addition to beer and seltzers—pending license approval—Dryvebox plans to offer non-alcoholic beverages such as soda and water, along with packaged snacks including chips, jerky, and trail mix. Seating areas and large-format TVs will enhance the guest experience, providing visitors with a space to relax before or after their session.

The Lancaster location will also include two TrackMan simulator bays and Dryvebox’s proprietary Puttr Challenge, an interactive putting green that offers short-game practice and skill-based challenges. The site is designed to provide a social, all-ages golf environment, offering access to tour-grade technology for both experienced golfers and beginners.

Founded with the mission to “cultivate golf everywhere,” Dryvebox combines technology and accessibility to deliver high-quality golf to non-traditional locations. The company began with mobile simulator trailers and has since expanded into brick-and-mortar spaces. Its TrackMan simulators allow users to play virtual rounds on iconic courses, analyze swing data, and participate in skill-based games. Memberships, sim rentals, coaching sessions, and group events are available at most locations.

Dryvebox Lancaster will operate Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will be closed on Mondays. For more information, including booking and membership details, please visit dryvebox.com.
