Telco Brewery inside Valencia’s Fremont Court business park will soon be reopening as Santa Cruz Brewing, according to co-owner Anthony Santa Cruz.

Santa Cruz and friend Jamie Hernandez opened Telco in 2018, two years after taking home Best in Show at the Montrose Brew Festival. After five years in business, the two mutually decided to part ways last summer, The Signal previously reported

Now, Santa Cruz is ready to relaunch the space under his own moniker and is aiming to open in March if all goes well with permitting and city approvals.

“We’re going to have a new look and feel, but same vibe,” Santa Cruz told What Now Los Angeles. His team is currently redesigning the space, including “a new look, new colors and new seating arrangement.”

As for the menu, Santa Cruz said, “For now, we’ll just be serving beer with food trucks and live entertainment, but we’ll definitely be looking to make it a bona fide food establishment in the future.”
