Local burger stand chain The Win~Dow has a new location slated to open this year. It will open this fall at 3701 West Jefferson Blvd in West Adams, serving as the largest The Win~Dow location thus far, according to a release.
The forthcoming 80-seat restaurant will feature The Win~Dow’s signature burgers as well as a patio garden with string lights, two fire pits, a ping-pong table and lounge seating.
Founded in 2019 under the American Gonzo Food Corp umbrella, the brand seeks to offer American classics at an approachable price point. The brand’s footprint has grown to seven stores: The Grove, Venice, Hollywood, Long Beach, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Silverlake and, most recently, Santa Monica.
The Win~Dow is known for its $4.50 cheeseburger alongside other favorites such as dipped cones, milkshakes and fried chicken sandwiches. The West Adams location will also offer a full beverage program featuring beer, wine and cocktails.
American Gonzo Food Corp is also behind steakhouse American Beauty and Pitfire Pizza.
