DICK’S House of Sport, an experiential sporting goods destination, is coming to Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos, with a new location scheduled to open in 2028.
The upcoming store is part of a wave of new openings planned at the 1.3 million-square-foot shopping center, according to a press release. DICK’S House of Sport will offer more than traditional retail, with an indoor climbing wall, golf bays with TrackMan simulators, and HitTrax multi-sport cages. The location will also provide space for customers to shop for sporting goods, practice skills, and join community events.
DICK’S House of Sport is designed around a range of sports, including baseball, softball, golf, and football. The concept includes a Golf Pro Shop, House of Cleats, The Field, Collectors Clubhouse, and other interactive areas. Customers will also have access to services intended to help maintain and improve their equipment.
The company offers golf services including club fitting, tuning, and repair, as well as bike tune-ups, repairs, adjustments, and custom builds. Baseball and softball services include glove steaming and custom shaping, with HitTrax bat testing available at select locations. The stores also host birthday parties, group outings, private rentals, and community events.
The Los Cerritos Center location will join several other upcoming additions, including Coach, Cider, Bacio di Latte, Molly Tea, and Wslala. DICK’S House of Sport is currently listed for a 2028 opening, adding a sports-focused destination to the center’s mix of retail, dining, technology, and entertainment concepts.
