[solidcore] Coming Soon to Glendale on North Glendale Avenue

Fitness brand [solidcore] is preparing to open a new studio at 712 N. Glendale Avenue in Glendale, adding another Los Angeles County location to its growing Southern California footprint.

The upcoming studio is listed as “coming soon” on the company’s official locations page. The company has not yet announced an opening date.

[solidcore] offers 50-minute, full-body strength-training classes that combine high-intensity workouts with low-impact movements. Its method uses a Pilates-inspired resistance machine and slow, controlled exercises designed to challenge muscles through sustained tension.

According to the brand, classes are led by coaches who guide participants through the exercises and provide individualized attention in a small-group setting. The studio experience also features dim lighting and upbeat music.

Members can choose from different class formats, including Starter50, an introductory session, and Signature50, the brand’s more challenging full-body workout.

The Glendale location will join an expanding network of [solidcore] studios across the Los Angeles area. The brand already lists locations in neighborhoods and communities.

In September, the publication covered [solidcore]’s planned studio at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, another upcoming location in Los Angeles County.
