Coconut Grove’s CocoWalk shopping center will soon be home to Eva Seafood Taverna, a new restaurant from Ariete Hospitality Group.

Helmed by Chef Michael Beltran, Eva Seafood Taverna will join an impressive roster of Ariete Hospitality restaurants located in Coconut Grove. These include Navé, the Taurus, the Allocation Room and—of course—the Michelin-starred Ariete. Other Ariete HG concepts include Downtown Miami’s Laurel Brasserie and El Vecino Cigars & Cocktails.

“Ariete Hospitality Group’s (AHG) commitment goes beyond excellence in food, beverage and hospitality,” says the Ariete website. “With every concept we open — indeed, with every dish, with every drink, with every experience we make — we’re committed to raising the bar for dining in Miami and proving to the world that our city is capable of world-class dining experiences.”

Google’s listing for Eva Seafood Taverna describes the restaurant’s cuisine as Greek, so while the details on the menu are not available yet, it’s not difficult to paint oneself a picture of a menu featuring seafood-focused Mediterranean offerings.
