Happea’s Mediterranean Grill is preparing to open a new location in Aventura, bringing the Miami-based Mediterranean fast-casual concept to 2749 NE 193rd St., Suite 20. The restaurant’s website lists the Aventura location as opening in November 2026.

The concept was founded by brothers-in-law Eduardo and Danny, who are also the restaurant’s owners and business partners.  The restaurant describes itself as a family business focused on Mediterranean food prepared with fresh ingredients and served in a fast-casual format.

Happea’s menu includes mezze, pockets, bowls, salads, desserts, drinks, and coffee. Menu items include Hummus Made To Order, Tzatziki, Cilantro Falafel & Lemon Tahini, Chicken Shawarma Pockets, Beef Kebab Pockets, Ribeye Shawarma Bowls, Salmon Mediterranean Bowls, Greek Salad, Lebanese Halva and Tahini Ice Cream.

The restaurant’s website also states that it cooks and fries with avocado oil and prepares hummus, sauces and dressings from scratch. Its menu includes several vegetarian options alongside chicken, beef, salmon and other proteins.

The Aventura opening would add another South Florida location for Happea’s, which currently operates its Brickell restaurant at 1250 S. Miami Ave.
