Miam Café, a Miami café offering breakfast, lunch, snacks, and made-to-order food and drinks, is getting ready to open a new location in Doral at 3470 N.W. 82nd Ave.
The café signed a 4,441-square-foot lease on the ground floor of One Park Square, a 281,785-square-foot office property, according to an August announcement from JLL. An exact opening date has not been announced. Miam Café’s lease is among several recent deals that have brought the property to approximately 90% occupancy, with about 29,000 square feet still available.
Miam Café currently operates locations in Coral Gables, Wynwood, Biscayne, and Fort Lauderdale, according to the company’s website. The brand’s Wynwood location is located at the corner of the Wynwood Building in Miami’s arts district. The company describes its concept with the motto, “Simple, fresh and natural!”
The Doral location will join a mix of office, service, and hospitality tenants at One Park Square. Other recent leases include GHD Engineering, Turkish Airlines, Ansa McAL, and M&J Lending. The property has now leased approximately 240,000 square feet, while several existing tenants, including Amadeus, Link Logistics, Wayne Case MD, Life Radiology, and AMA Management, have also renewed their leases.
Miam Café’s menu includes breakfast items, healthy lunch options, freshly prepared snacks, drinks, and made-to-order dishes. The company says it uses organic and locally sourced ingredients when available, focusing on simple food prepared throughout the day. Its café also includes a boutique area offering grocery products such as wines, honeys, oils, and other items sourced from across the United States.
