A new restaurant is coming to the South Florida beach this weekend. Solei Beach Club will officially open on Saturday at the recently renovated Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel. The concept brings together a Mediterranean-inspired experience that’s a mix of coastal Spanish and Miami Beach vibes.
Solei Beach Club to Debut in Miami Beach

Solei Beach Club is set to officially welcome guests. The beach club celebrates the party atmosphere of Miami Beach. Solei will offer dining, cocktail, and social event space overlooking the ocean.
Guests will find lounge seating, shaded dining areas beneath thatched palapas, and oceanfront access. Solei aims to serve as a daytime escape from lunch to golden hour cocktails.
Solei Beach Club will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the bar at Solei will be open until 6 p.m.
Inside Miami Beach’s New Coastal Hotspot

Solei Beach Club provides a resort-like getaway in the heart of South Beach. For a more exclusive vibe, the venue’s luxury cabanas serve as a shaded poolside oasis for parties, outings, and private get-togethers.
Each cabana features plush lounge seating, large televisions, and direct access to the pool and beach. The cabanas are designed for private gatherings, including birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and weekend events.
The oceanfront Solei, which is about 11,500 square feet, seats up to 75 guests and features relaxed styling with an upscale atmosphere.
What’s on the Menu at Solei

Solei Beach Club’s menu, created by Executive Chef Gastón Javier Sanchez, is designed for sharing. The menu features fresh seafood, lively flavors, and quality ingredients, all inspired by Mediterranean dishes. Guests can start with raw bar options such as oysters, ceviche, or octopus carpaccio.
A unique “Seafood Colosseum” offers a lavish seafood platter of Caribbean lobster, P.E.I. mussels, Quahog clams, and ceviche du jour.
There is also an array of pintxos or shared mini plates, inspired by Spanish and coastal dishes. Mezze board features pimento hummus, cilantro tzatziki, whipped feta, falafel, grilled vegetables, olives, and pita.
Chef Sanchez shared, “My inspiration for the Solei Beach Club experience is rooted in the spirit of the Mediterranean—its rich diversity, vibrant culture, and timeless sense of enchantment—fused seamlessly with the energy and flavors of South Florida. It’s about bringing that global coastal essence right here to our Miami Beach backyard, creating something that feels both transportive and deeply local.”
Dishes like shrimp and chicken paella, tahini salmon with sesame crust and mint oil, and Aleppo pepper show the chef’s expertise. Watermelon salad and pizzas add some summer variety, and Basque-style pistachio cheesecake and Key lime pie round out the desserts.
The drink menu complements the coastal cuisine of the restaurant. Handmade cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits are available for guests to choose from. Signature cocktails feature the Spicy Señorita, Italian Margarita, Ibiza Sunset, and the frozen Passion Du Solei.
