At the intersection of Southeast Second Street and Southeast 23rd Avenue, a new Haitian restaurant is preparing to open its doors. Badesloct Restaurant will launch in Suite 5 at 2310 SE Second St., according to a recently submitted plan review.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of Badesloct Restaurant on Tuesday.

The representative said Badesloct restaurant will serve a selection of classic dishes from Haitian cuisine, centering proteins like chicken and fish. The representative declined to comment further at this time on the specifics of Badesloct’s menu offerings.

The Southeast Second Street location is situated between the medical office of Harish Madhav and taco spot Tacos Al Cabron. Traveling further east on Southeast 23rd Avenue, one quickly reaches the intersection with Federal Highway, where a Taco Bell is also located.
