Bossa, known for its Italian sandwiches, is expanding to a fifth location. It will open at BLVD Sources Powerhouses in West Island, according to a recent social media announcement.
The team hopes to open there in the next few months. They are partnering with Sanaka Construction, Plane Wood Studio and interior designer Anonymous Concepts to bring the space to life.
“[We] cannot wait for this new chapter surrounded by good people, a great community and lovely neighbours,” the announcement states.
Chef Daniel Lo Manto launched the brand in 2018. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches including their Philly Hoagie and Italiano sandwiches, as well as pastas, breads and cannolis. Its existing locations include Promenade Wellington, Promenade Masson, Time Out Market at Eaton Center and DIX30.
