The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs Hotel and Conference Center has completed its renovation. The project upgraded several areas of the hotel to offer an elevated experience to guests. Chartwell Hospitality carried out the renovation of the hotel.

The Franklin Marriott Cool Springs Hotel and Conference Center has completed its renovation. Chartwell Hospitality carried out the $10 million project, which was designed to provide guests with a more modern and comfortable stay.

Chartwell Hospitality acquired the Franklin hotel in 2018. It is a hotel ownership, development, and management company focused on branded hotels. The company has completed more than 65 hotel investments. It has also received the Marriott Partnership Circle Award twice for its hospitality performance.

The recent renovation upgraded 303 guest room, a 30,000-square-foot conference center, and more. The upgrades position the hotel to continue serving business travelers, conferences, and local events in Franklin.

What Was Upgraded

The hotel’s conference center, lobby, restaurant, and outdoor spaces were renovated. The conference center received new carpeting, lighting, furniture, paint, and decor. The redesigned Champion Ballroom features updated ceilings and wall panels. It can accommodate up to 1,200 guests for receptions or 1,900 attendees for conferences.

The hotel lobby, known as the Marriott Greatroom, now includes a redesigned front desk, new furniture, and updated decor. All the guest rooms feature new flooring, beds, bedding, wall coverings, and window treatments. They also feature new lighting, artwork, bathroom vanities, and modern furniture.

Guest rooms now include Smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and additional modern amenities. Double rooms now include lounge chairs, while king rooms feature chaise lounges. Outdoor improvements include new patio furniture, umbrellas, a fire pit, and refreshed landscaping.

The Stave Regional Kitchen & Lounge also received new seating, updated décor, and a brass-topped bar while continuing to serve chef-inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails and live music on select evenings.
