Brothers’ Burger Joint, a community favorite laid-back restaurant, is preparing to permanently close its doors. The restaurant will serve its final burger meal on October 3, 2026, marking the end of its nearly decade-long run.
Brothers’ Burger Joint in Berry Hills Bids Farewell
Located at 2821 Bransford Avenue in Berry Hill, Tennessee, Brothers’ Burger Joint is popularly known for serving gourmet burgers and loaded fries. Jeremiah and Cole James founded the business as a food truck in 2015.
The brick-and-mortar location opened in Berry Hill in September 2017. Since its opening, the family-run restaurant has become a local favorite dining destination. The restaurant gained a strong following because of its high-quality beef patties sourced from a local farm and fresh buns and ingredients. Along with that, the restaurant offers a cozy, friendly atmosphere with a full-service bar, sports viewing, and live music.
The team said the restaurant had been part of the community for nine years, calling it ‘a good run.’
They encouraged the community to visit and said, “Our last day will be October 3rd, so please come in and show your favorite people some love and support and enjoy this good food while you can.”
Farewell Message for the Community
In the closing announcement, the team thanked the customers for their support and said it was an honor to serve the Nashville community.
They added a special appreciation note for the Catholic community and Father Joe Pat Breen. “We have felt the love and all the kindness, and we feel especially blessed to be part of this community,” said the team.
“We want to thank our big family for always showing up and bringing their friends, having their special parties at BBJ, where you all felt at home,” read the post.
Following the closure announcement, several customers and community members expressed their disappointment on social media. One customer commented, “This makes me so sad. You all are the best, and your family is the absolute best! We have enjoyed coming there over the years.”
As Brothers’ Burger Joint wraps up its operation, it looks forward to spending the final few weeks with its loyal customers.
